Prenatal Yoga...

...Two thumbs up!! Once I got past the 95 "namastes" I found it really relaxing and helped the aching bod!

Do you have one of those big exercise balls? I sat on one of those a lot in the later stages of my pregnancies & it helped relieve some of the lower pain.
