17 weeks

We are 17 weeks today and getting visibly bigger by the day! We had an appointment this week and heard a fast heartbeat intermixed with a lot of little punches and kicks. Jordan thinks we have re-created Daniel-son from Karate Kid! I haven't felt any of the kicks or punches yet (I don't think) but am paying close attention over the next few weeks for it to begin!

We scheduled an appointment 2 weeks from now to find out the sex of the bambino(a) !! We cannot wait!!!! Just so y'all know, we are finding out and we are not keeping it a secret! The appointment is set for the 22nd but I'm going to try to move it sooner!

Baby Dream

I had a dream last night about our baby. It was a 1 year-old girl with bright blue eyes (not super likely, but anything can happen!) All I remember was that we were in the hospital and she was not a newborn but somewhere around one-year old....but that we LOVED her, we were ELATED about her, and OVERJOYED to have her. What a wonderful time this is indeed for Jordan and myself...Thank you Lord.

Another Day another dolla

I had today off of work and Jordan just finished his latest installment of the Sundogs TV show so we got to spend the day together! We went into the office to finalize the show and then drove to Prescott to deliver it to the TV station. Then we had lunch at Streets of New York and came home to walk the pup and give him a bath!! All in all, A GREAT DAY!

Prenatal Yoga...

...Two thumbs up!! Once I got past the 95 "namastes" I found it really relaxing and helped the aching bod!

Banana Bread

It has been cold and rainy here today so in honor of that and Valentines Season I thought I'd make a heart-shaped banana bread (no nuts, of course)! I'm not exactly sure what happen with the overflow, but I assure you it turned out just great!!! Jordan will be so happy to come home!

My friend Kristin left this week to Atlanta to take a j-o-b with the Atlanta Falcons! I am so happy for her, and so proud of her...and selfishly missing her big time!

From literally our first day in Prescott Valley, Kristin and I became best buds. We have had so many fun times in the last year that I will cherish forever!! I pray only the best things for you and I hope Hotlanta becomes "home" to you as soon as possible!
