Endless

I heart Endless.
They don't charge for shipping. They send your shoes or handbag overnight.
This is nearly instant gratification. It is surely love.

Baby Dream

I had a dream last night about our baby. It was a 1 year-old girl with bright blue eyes (not super likely, but anything can happen!) All I remember was that we were in the hospital and she was not a newborn but somewhere around one-year old....but that we LOVED her, we were ELATED about her, and OVERJOYED to have her. What a wonderful time this is indeed for Jordan and myself...Thank you Lord.

Another Day another dolla

I had today off of work and Jordan just finished his latest installment of the Sundogs TV show so we got to spend the day together! We went into the office to finalize the show and then drove to Prescott to deliver it to the TV station. Then we had lunch at Streets of New York and came home to walk the pup and give him a bath!! All in all, A GREAT DAY!

Prenatal Yoga...

...Two thumbs up!! Once I got past the 95 "namastes" I found it really relaxing and helped the aching bod!

Banana Bread

It has been cold and rainy here today so in honor of that and Valentines Season I thought I'd make a heart-shaped banana bread (no nuts, of course)! I'm not exactly sure what happen with the overflow, but I assure you it turned out just great!!! Jordan will be so happy to come home!

My Dear Friend Kristin

At the FBR Invitational last summer
New Years 2010 - I must've just told a really great joke ;)

Good Luck Kristin!

Kristin, Me, Claudia
My friend Kristin left this week to Atlanta to take a j-o-b with the Atlanta Falcons! I am so happy for her, and so proud of her...and selfishly missing her big time!
From literally our first day in Prescott Valley, Kristin and I became best buds. We have had so many fun times in the last year that I will cherish forever!! I pray only the best things for you and I hope Hotlanta becomes "home" to you as soon as possible!
LOVE YOU.

Baby Belly

This pic was taken at about 7 weeks, any sort of belly at this point was due to cookies and candy, not baby :)

This pic was from today - 13 weeks preg!! Please forgive the bathroom shot (I could've at least folded the towels, huh? didn't know I'd be expecting anyone ;) This is as good as it gets until Jordan gets back from Missouri!

So, we are 13 weeks along and I have to say, all things considered I am feeling pretty good. Although this evening Wallace and I had a bit of an episode. He threw-up the equivalent of his own body weight in half-processed dog-food...which made me throw-up...then he did it again...then I did it again...not a good evening. Wish Jordie was here, because he saves the day...everyday.

Everything you read says you feel some or all of the pregnancy side effects in the 1st trimester and they tend to trail off during the 2nd trimester. For Jordan's sister, Jessie, they turned off like a faucet at the onset of the 2nd trimester. For me, it seems like they are getting worse. My nausea is more constant and I am feeling super tired. The mood swings are well, the same as they were pre-pregnancy. We had an appointment this week and got to hear the heartbeat again and it is truly music to our ears. We heard it and then it disappeared. And then Doc found it again...little peanut likes to play hide-and-seek!
When Jordan returns I will get a better picture of the ever-growing belly!! LOVE YOU ALL!

Welcome 2010!!!!!

The ginormous calzone Jim and Jordan BOTH ordered...yes, we had two of these in the kitchen.

We spent 2010 in usual fashion at the hockey rink (that makes 4 in a row)... Jim and Jill were able to come visit us the week of New Years and so they got their fair-share of hockey too! We decided to make New Years Day a veg day, watching the Rose Bowl and the Winter Hockey Classic. Jill and I (with the help of our sou chefs Jim and Jordan) made a bunch of yummy appetizers to munch on all day. Our menu looked like this:
*Chicken Wings
*Mexican Layer Dip
*Veggies, of course, to make ourselves feel better
*Chips
*Brownies
After lunch most of us napped and then ate again. We also tried out a new game, Mexican Train Dominoes...It was super fun and one we'll for sure play again. I'm not gonna say who won, but lets just say it was ME!!! What a wonderful way to ring in the New Year!!!! Thank you again Jim and Jill for making it our way for New Years!

My new Toy

I combined my birthday and Christmas dough and purchased myself a nice camera! I have no idea how to use it, but I look forward to figuring it out.
